Dr. Nweke is highly skilled in various interventional pain management procedures, essential for alleviating chronic pain and enhancing patients' quality of life. His expertise encompasses techniques such as nerve blocks, which involve injecting anesthetic near specific nerves to interrupt pain transmission; epidural steroid injections, designed to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain in the spine; and radiofrequency ablation, a procedure that uses heat to disrupt pain signals sent by nerves.

In addition to these procedures, Dr. Nweke is adept in neuromodulation techniques, particularly spinal cord stimulation, which involves implanting a device to send electrical impulses to the spinal cord, effectively masking pain signals. He understands that each patient's experience of pain is unique, so he tailors his approach to meet every individual's specific needs and circumstances. For neuropathic pain, Dr. Nweke employs a carefully tailored regimen of medications in addition to interventional approaches. He includes anti-seizure drugs, which help stabilize nerve activity and reduce pain perception, as well as antidepressants that have been shown to assist in modulating pain signals within the nervous system. This comprehensive treatment strategy aims to address the complexities of neuropathic pain, providing patients with an effective plan for management and relief. For individuals suffering from pelvic pain, he provides a range of effective treatments designed to alleviate discomfort and promote healing. These include specialized pelvic floor physical therapy, which focuses on strengthening and relaxing the muscles in the pelvic region, as well as targeted nerve blocks that interrupt pain signals for relief.

His comprehensive and patient-centered approach ensures that each individual receives tailored care, specifically addressing their unique pain conditions and enhancing their overall well-being.
